USE AND CHARACTERISTICS

Silicone-free, directly applicable, no-rinse release fluid. Prevents spattering in electrode welding and in protective gas atmospheres, especially on MIG/MAG welded surfaces, in spot welding and on welding nozzles. Using it has no impact on any subsequent surface treatment, non-flammable (0% VOC) and contains a corrosion inhibitor.

No silicone, concentrated, directly applicable, water dilutable, no-rinse release fluid. Dilutes in water 1:3 to 1.6; high thermal stability makes it suitable for manual or robotic welding. Non-flammable (0% VOC), harmless to health, biodegradable and anti-corrosive. Using it has no impact on subsequent surface treatment.

Separating, silicon and solvent free (0% VOC) welding paste protects and increases the service life of welding torches and nozzles. Facilitates feeding of welding wires and prevents slag and metal from sticking while welding. Can be used with any type of welding equipment, MIG /MAG, laser and more. Contains non-toxic corrosion inhibitors, odourless and effective in wet or dry conditions. Apply by dipping a warm tip to the paste.

Cooling fluid designed to lower the temperature of welding tips to -10° C. Suitable for any welding, burning and spotting devices. Can be used in both closed and open systems. Keeps the pump lubricated. Contains anti-corrosion additives and alcohol-free viscosity reducers. Its composition and reduced viscosity guarantees burners cool with little cross-section and flow. Not aggressive to cooling circuit materials and pumps. Environmentally friendly, odourless with % VOC.

Phosphoric acid free rust converter and passivator. Used whenever surfaces already corroded need to be removed while protecting them against further corrosion. Use undiluted.

Water dilutable, concentrated liquid for cleaning stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous surfaces. After diluting in water to a 2-10% solution, the fluid can be used with foaming devices and sprayers. The foam produced also adheres to vertical surfaces.
